Hi guys, I'm new here and posting from my phone (excuse any poor spelling errors haha). Just found this forum. Been paloozing around kelowna on a bmw f650gs the last few years, but when I saw a Hypermotard "used" w/ 0km for sale, I had to pick it up. I'm definitely a squid, so my general knowledge of motorcycles is limited.

I've been looking at getting an SC Project CRT exhaust for my bike. It's race only exhaust though. If I'm not revving my engine like a hooligan, are cops strict here on that sort of mod? Do they carry around a tool to measure dB?

Also looking to get a matte black tint on my tail light, any recommendations as to where to get this done here? It's an awkward shape, so I won't even bother trying to wrap it myself with some low grade eBay vinyl.

Also, have been looking at getting some anodized bits and pieces for the bike, but even a couple bolts on CNCracing are $$$$, anywhere to get
these cheaper that anyone knows of?

Lastly, my risers and handlebars are silver and I was half thinking of getting black ones, or maybe red, to match my bike. Has anyone ever powder coated bike parts? If so, where'd you get it done and how'd it turn out? I imagine it'd be cheaper than $300 risers.

I have never heard of anyone being pulled over for their bike being too loud and it being measured. I am sure they have the capability to do that and most cops hate sport bikers lol but as long as you arent being an idiot you are usually fine.
