How To View Posts Since Last Visit:

Click the Recent Topics tab at the top of the forums and then a drop down box will appear beside the board categories drop down box. It is defaulted to month. Just click the dropdown box and set it to since last visit.

How to unsubscribe to topic replies:

If you do not wish to receive an email every time a reply is posted within a thread you have to untick the subscribe box at the bottom before submitting your post.

I have posted a screenshot. I may be able to add this to your profile later to set as default, but for now this is how you do it.
